I recently stayed at this hotel for six nights and had a fantastic experience. The room was incredibly comfortable, especially the bed and pillows. The staff went above and beyond, always friendly and ready to assist. The hotel manager, Mr Jayantha Munasinghe, was particularly helpful. The buffet breakfast offered a great variety of local and international options. I will definitely be returning to this hotel on my next visit.

I chose Pearl Grand By Rathna solely because of its convenient location near the Asokaramaya Buddhist Temple. However, the hotel pleasantly surprised me with its excellent 24-hour front desk service. The staff was friendly and helpful, accommodating all my needs during my stay. the on-site restaurant serving American cuisine was a delight, offering delicious meals.

We had a great time at Pearl Grand By Rathna. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a variety of options, including live omelette making station. The swimming pool was clean and comfortable, and the rooftop restaurant beside the pool provided amazing service. The hotel manager, Mr. Jayantha Munasinghe, was always there to assist us. I would highly recommend this hotel for its comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and delicious breakfast.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The location of the hotel was perfect, allowing us to easily reach all the main attractions within a short distance. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a suite room, which was absolutely mind-blowing! The staff were incredibly friendly and always had a smile on their faces. The complimentary fresh pineapple juice upon arrival was a super refreshing treat. The entrance lobby was stunning and set a great first impression. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a fantastic view of the sea from the balcony. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options and the staff were very accommodating. The rooftop pool had a jaw-dropping view and the poolside snack bar was a great convenience. our stay was absolutely amazing, exceeding all our expectations.

During my Xmas vacation, I enjoyed the comfortable and clean rooms. the buffet breakfast had a variety of tasty local and international dishes to choose from. The hotel's convenient location provided easy access to nearby attractions. I also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff.

There were some negative aspects of my stay. The air conditioning in the rooms was weak and ineffective, causing discomfort during the day.
